Pre-Wedding Counseling

As part of preparation for a happy marriage and sacred partnership, a prenuptial counseling session can precede your Hawaiian wedding or commitment ceremony.

hawaii and wedding During my Master of Divinity schooling, I was trained as a Pastoral Counselor and Spiritual Director and had a private practice as a Spiritual Counselor on the island of Oahu before moving to Kauai.

Many of the couples I marry choose to have a counseling session with me. I recommend it highly as it gives me the opportunity to give couples support for a wonderful beginning to their committed sacred partnership or married life.

We will usually schedule our time together a day or two before your wedding. Couples love our session and so do I. We sit together for about an hour and a half. This time allows me to share what I’ve learned in many years working with couples and being a person on the earth myself. It’s really fun.

We talk about all of our relationships--the ones with ourselves, with our partner, with others, and the world.
